Task 5.4: Task Objective

The use of acoustic processors based on auditory modeling has been proposed as a route to robust speech recognition in noisy environments. This task addresses some specific issues pertaining to the use of auditory models in speech recognition, including the inference of reduced dimensional representations and the development of multi-band and multi-stream recognition architectures.
